It would be difficult to express how pleased we were with Best Option Restoration of Thornton & Boulder, and particularly with Project Manager Jose Rivas. Following a nighttime slow water leak under our kitchen sink, we discovered water not just under the sink, but in a small area under the just-refinished hard wood floor in front of the sink. Christian and the team were great to work with on a recent remodel - fireplace, flooring (LVP and carpeting) and painting. Very happy with the outcome! They were professional and provided regular status updates and very responsive. The place was very clean and looked brand-new when they finished. Thank you!

Option Restoration of Thornton was great and really put my mind at ease. We found a little bit of mold in my kids room and felt concerned for their health. They came and checked it out the same day I called and made me feel so much better about the situation. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team at Best Option Restoration were incredibly helpful during an emergency when my basement flooded due to a busted water heater. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate of the various challenges we were facing. Within three days, my carpet, baseboards, and the entire basement were completely dry and free of water.

Through a very stressful and overwhelming situation José and Mike have helped every step of the way. Extremely professional while being friendly, making sure I understand all the things. Their knowledge and work performance is excellent. 10/10 would recommend.
