Had two different appointments set up and they had excuses both times to not service the vehicle! What a bunch of crap!!! Will never take any business there again and strongly recommend others don’t as well!! To say I’m upset is an understatement!!!!!!
Recommendedwe we're traveling from Wisconsin on our way to florida when I heard loud vibration when slowing down on highway by drivers side front ... they replaced lug nuts that were missing and loose stud... also got 3 rotors and brake pads... not only was the price responsible they got it done in a amazingly timely matter and really saved our trip!!!!! customer service and employees were very friendly and informative!!!! we need a best one in Wisconsin!!!!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!!!!

5* I stopped in to have my brakes checked. They got to me right away and have me a complete estimate before performing any work and performed the repairs while I waited. I felt the cost was fair and the service was excellent. They also have a nice waiting area. I observed many customers coming and going and all seemed happy with their services as well. If I need anything in the future I'll be gone back.

Convenient, Courteous and Competant: I had a flat while traveling. Took it to Best One and asked if they could repair it, rather than replace it. Twenty minutes later the tire was fixed and I was on my way. Better yet, they took care of the billing using my fleet card, which can sometimes get complicated.

My husband, our friends, and I were traveling home to Wisconsin from Nashville when our ball joint went out on our Yukon. I googled auto repair and picked this place only because it was close to the highway. The manager David answered and assured us they could help us. They were able to quickly secure the parts and even brought my husband back to our hotel for the night after he dropped off the truck.
