The manager/owner has a terrible attitude and shows no respect for employees. Communication is rude and unprofessional, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. This kind of management affects both staff and customers. Definitely not recommended.
1. Product they sell is an Amazon return items. 2. Terrible return policy — no refunds! They only offer store credit, which expires in one month. Even worse, if you use that credit, you'll likely receive another returned or defective item. It’s just a frustrating cycle of bad products and back-and-forth exchanges. And the store manager say there is no more exchange after this and it turns out the product I got is another returned product and I can clearly see they are used and damaged.

Why didn't you let me discover this store earlier? I spent so much money elsewhere. Strongly recommended. Every week I'll come here to see what good products there are and pick some up. I like their salespeople. They are very friendly.
