The manager/owner has a terrible attitude and shows no respect for employees. Communication is rude and unprofessional, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. This kind of management affects both staff and customers. Definitely not recommended.
1. Product they sell is an Amazon return items. 2. Terrible return policy — no refunds! They only offer store credit, which expires in one month. Even worse, if you use that credit, you'll likely receive another returned or defective item. It’s just a frustrating cycle of bad products and back-and-forth exchanges. And the store manager say there is no more exchange after this and it turns out the product I got is another returned product and I can clearly see they are used and damaged.
Can't refund!
Jenny was very helpfull and everything that we bought was in perfect condition. So idk why all of the negative comments
