My favorite place to get my nails done, hands down. The staff are friendly and make me feel welcome every time I come in.
I would like to express my appreciation for their exceptional work and their courteous nature; however, there is a need for improvement in their time management. This marks the second occasion when I called on the same day to inquire about availability and received confirmation, only to arrive and wait for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment.
