Placed a 48 piece order last week. Was told they would be ready for the 1 year anniversary dinner tonight. Tried calling this morning. Left a voicemail. Went in to the shop to find out that their drier was on the fritz and my shirts would not be done. Got a "what day did we promise you? Wednesday, right?" Yeah! Nice try! You KNOW you promised them to me by today. Shame on Worst Ink and Thread. You just lost thousands per year.
