i'm really grateful for the automatic text updates that best hvac sends. they let me know when they're heading over, provide a link to a detailed report about the ac repair issues, and inform me when they've finished the job. i contacted them at 1245 about a faulty ac system in a rental property in los angeles, and they were there by 130 that day! on top of that, johnathan had the needed part on hand, so there was no need to wait or set up more appointments.
