I had a wonderful experience getting my carpets cleaned in Huntersville. Bryan from the team was very friendly and always picked up the phone when I called. Another technician, Levi, was also super helpful. I needed the carpet in one of my bedrooms stretched, and Levi put in a lot of effort to get it done, even though the carpet was pretty old. I have no idea how this company has high reviews. They don't have a local office - the Huntersville address listed is a medical building. They are not registered in NC as a business. The phone number you call to make appointments is sent to random people's cell phones around the country. There is no business structure or operating procedures. If I could give 10 stars for this carpet cleaning service, I would! I had a rug with deep dog urine stains and wasn’t sure anyone would want to clean it, but when I called to ask about prices and if they could handle it, they were very kind and helpful. When I arrived to drop off my rug, Bryan came out to my car and carried the rug inside for me, and they even thanked me for wrapping it up.
