My Air conditioning went out, Sunday july 28th, I call Best Home Services on Monday July 29th. I spoke with a rep and he was very professional and sympathetic, he have that someone will be out between 2 and 4. I recieved a text message approximate 2 pm from Austin, he stated that he would be there with an hour and a half, sure enough he was at my home. Austin was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Austin is a jewel to the company . I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Allen was great checking all plumbing and offering great professional suggestions to make everything run smoothly!

July 2 we purchased a new AC system from Best Home Services. There were a few issues during the installation, but in the end they came through and made us happy customers (as you would expect from a company their size). They might be more expensive than other companies, but you’re paying premium dollar for premium service. Specifically we spoke to a manager, Brice, who was really helpful in resolving our situation.
