I am incredibly happy with Rob's services. Rob inspected our home, and as first time home buyers, he went above and beyond on both inspecting the house and educating us. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob not only for his great work, but also his teaching, and to have a great person in your corner during the home buying process. You can't go wrong with him as your home inspector.

Rob is one of the best. Very information and thorough, as in-spected (pun intended). He goes above and beyond what you would expect out of a inspection company and it really shows. I have no complaints and would use again if I could. His professionalism sets a high expectation bar going forward.

Rob walked up our private drive setting off security cameras and dogs to use our trash can. We are next door to the house he was to inspect. That house had a trash can and he had a truck.
