Building a forever home is naturally stressful because you want every detail to be perfect. Whenever issues arose, the team was incredibly quick to address and resolve them to our satisfaction. Remarkably, we actually came in under budget. After living in the house for a year, I can honestly say there isn't a single thing I would change. They did a fantastic job, and I would and have highly recommended them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

When starting the process with Dustin, we had an excellent experience. He was nice, attentive, and very helpful. It almost felt too easy. Dustin informed us we could build with no issues and that he could meet all of our needs. Unfortunately, about three months into the process, communication went to a stall. We went from a weekly touch base, to nothing. The replies that we were able to get, became short and not genuine. It was almost like it was a different person.
