Hank was great. He frequently kept in contact with me before and during the process of installation of gutter covers. He took photos after the job was done and cleaned up too. The cost of having it done was within my budget.
We needed a new downspout in our Morrell Park row. My wife had contacted Hank about coming out to take a look and give us a quote, he showed up promptly, inspected our situation and gave us what we considered a fair price. We set a date and Hank and his partner called us and let us know they were 10min away, low and behold, 10min later, they were here. Hank was my main point of contact and he was very responsive from the initial call I made to the scheduling of the work. He was also in constant communication with me during the ordering of the parts and let me know as soon as they arrived. They even started earlier than projected, which was great. Even during the installation process, he was constantly updating me on what was going on. Good honest service is sometimes rare to find, but this company certainly stands out by delivering just that!
