Hank was great. He frequently kept in contact with me before and during the process of installation of gutter covers. He took photos after the job was done and cleaned up too. The cost of having it done was within my budget.
We needed a new downspout in our Morrell Park row. My wife had contacted Hank about coming out to take a look and give us a quote, he showed up promptly, inspected our situation and gave us what we considered a fair price. We set a date and Hank and his partner called us and let us know they were 10min away, low and behold, 10min later, they were here.
