Got to the tire shop, he couldn’t patch it which was fine. But I told him to switch on of my dually wheels to the front so I could take my flat tire off and he said no he was out of time and it’s 3pm. They aren’t closing. Then he proceeded to work on a different vehicle.
My wife went here this afternoon because she had a nail in her tire and she needed either a plug, or a new tire, but at the least to have it looked it. She pulled up, 3 guys just stare at her. She asked if someone could look at her tire, and they just shook their heads no at her. Didn’t even say a word. She tried calling as well and nobody answered the phone
Horrible Customer Service. Not a good way to treat your customers
