There are so many veterinary choices in Portland and the surrounding area... thankfully, my 4-year search uncovered the perfect choice: Best Friends Veterinary Medical Center. Dr. Walker is the kind of doctor you would only hope to find, and I am so grateful that my cats are now in her care.
These guys are awesome! One of the vets (Janelle Walker) not only stayed after hours to perform surgery on our little kitty, after the surgery was done, she took our kitty home with her so she could monitor her overnight. That's WAY WAY above and beyond the call of duty.
Dr. Janelle Walker, DVM is the best! It's 7pm, And the phone rings. It's Dr. Walker calling. She is just checking on Boots. It's been over a week since Boots saw Dr. Walker. Am floored that she would call personally and after hours! Dr. Walker and her staff go above and beyond. Boots is a lucky dog!
There are no words to describe how beautiful of a person Dr Janelle is. She truly cares for each and every pet that she meets :) It has been a honor to meet her
Dr. Janelle Walker is the best vet-anywhere! She has a big heart and always does what is best. Amanda is a great addition to the Best Friends team-I don't know what I'd do without Best Friends Veterinary Clinic.
