My pet Pinky, my son and I arrived at my appointment on time and started the checkin process. When I was being given paperwork to fill out, I asked to use the restroom. I was told NO, and that the nearest public restroom is probably Starbucks. I said "really are you serious". I was very surprised that customers are not allowed to use there restroom facilities.
