I had a frustrating experience with BFPH. After coming here for several months, my dog was involved in a bite incident with another dog. I was told that since she wounded (punctured the ear) of the other dog she could not attend group play going forward - completely understandable! My problem lies in the fact that nobody can tell me exactly how the incident occurred and I'm being told conflicting pieces of information. EDIT: I have recently been made aware of a massive shift in staffing, and I am not happy. Christine and Avery brought this center back from the brink, they worked their butts off, built a team and slowed the revolving door of staff. Now almost all the staff we have come to know and TRUST are gone.
