⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Avery is amazing and always goes above and beyond! She is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with our dogs, and it's clear how much she genuinely cares about them. We always look forward to seeing her when we drop our pets off before going on vacation because we know they're in great hands. Her kindness and dedication give us complete peace of mind. I appreciate Best Friends Pet Hotel for keeping a good eye on our pup Kratos and that he got to play with other pups while we had a weekend away instead of being cooped up in his crate with walkers.
This place is the best. The services are on point as well. The wash your pets if you want and the take care of them when they stay as overnight guests. Great job.
My dog has been going to day camp for almost a year now. He also started training to work on some not great puppy behaviors. There has been tremendous improvement. The trainer is wonderful working with him. All of the staff has shown lots of patience, understanding and care with him. We're both happy he's part of the Best Friends pack!
Our dogs are always well taken care of whenever they go to Best Friends. I’d recommend anyone to leave their pets here!
