We have used Best Friends Pet Hotel several times when we travel. Unlike previous kennels, they are capable of handling our dog. We have tried various kennels, who upon meeting our Belgian Malinois, claimed they couldn’t wait to have him. Each time, each kennel had difficulty with him. Other kennels also did individual play only with him. I assume they were afraid to allow him near other dogs. Best Friends did great with him! We are so happy with the care received when boarding her at Best Friends. This is the 3rd time we’ve booked her and found her to be very relaxed in her cat condo!

**UPDATED REVIEW** We were longtime customers of Best Friends Pet Hotel and, to be honest, had stepped away for a while when we noticed a decline in service in the past.
