I want to leave this review because I am very upset. I had made an appointment several days in advance with Piony for a pedicure. When I arrived at the salon, after waiting about 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that Piony was not there. I asked why no one had called me earlier to let me know that Piony was not working that day, and whether I wanted to see someone else or reschedule my appointment for another day. I asked for a specific design I saw on Pinterest and they nailed it (pun intended ). Super happy with the result. The salon is always clean and they use fresh tools every time.
Pretty good experience overall. The wait was about 15 minutes but once I sat down everything went smoothly. My gel manicure looks great. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the parking situation outside.
