I called on a Saturday evening when my car became very ill. Although my cat wasn’t a patient, Dr. Jack called me back within minutes. He came in late that night and took very good care of my ailing cat. He is an absolute asset to his profession!
I had a pet emergency, and needed some advice. Even available after-hours, I called the number, left my message and the Dr. called back right away! They are knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, but most importantly, they truly care about your pet.
