It was my 4 year old schnauzers 1st time to be groomed by someone else besides me and they did an amazing job you can tell right away when you walk in that they love what they do and as nervous as my Auggie was they took the time to get him used to them and he did great he also looks great!

Just moved to Ft. Drum and don't know and private grooming businesses so I was worried since this was my first time, but for not reason! They cut my dogs hair better than any groomer I've been too!! (I have a shihtzu and he is very afraid of people cutting/washing/touching his face due to previous owners incident)The staff and environment was super friendly.
