What an amazing place! My dog got sprayed by a skunk not only did they get my dog in right away, they got the skunk smell completely gone from her! They took the time to even scrub her collars to get the scent out! I would 100% recommend them for grooming, great place!
We took our dog Remy to Best Friends yesterday for a grooming and they did a great job with him.

We took our border collie there this morning for her first grooming and she came back so beautiful! I could not believe how great she looked! They did a de shedding treatment on her and trimmed her hair and even gave her bows. I could not be more happy with her cut. We will absolutely be coming back. :) thank you for doing such a great job! :) she was absolutely exhausted when she came home but very happy :) thank you again!

I only had one experience there a few years ago. They nicked my dog's skin in several places during her grooming. Also, the facility was filthy. Not sure if there have been improvements made, but I chose another groomer in the area.

Hmmmm I'm sorry I can't find you in our system. I'm sorry you didn't let me know of your concerns a few years ago when this happened and you waited till now to mention it. When a customer does not have a good experience I try to address it right away if I'm made aware of it.
