Management there lied to customers and had my wife sign my name on the loan paperwork because they screwed up never mind the issue on the truck run away they lye cheat and steal!! STAY AWAY I will never return

NEVER GO TO Best Ford of Nashua!!! This place is selling a STOLEN truck from Texas! This truck states it only has 20k miles- LIES- it has over 200k. When someone was purchasing Ford was having “title” issues with it and not returning their calls. Luckily they have resources who looked up the truck and found out it was stolen out of texas and what the real mileage was. Ford claimed they “had no idea” but yet here it is still listed! SCAM DEALERSHIP !!! ****************

STAY AWAY! Horrible experience, bought a used truck, i was assured everything was fine after bringing up concerns of rough shifting and rough idle during the test drive. I brought it back the next day to get a state inspection and the tech's looked it over, passed the truck, and assured me everything was normal. The salesman then drove the truck 50 minutes to drop it off with me and again assured me the truck was great, and there were no issues with the truck and the mechanics have looked it over. Recently I purchased a used 2022 Ford Explorer. The Manager Scott and Sales man John were quick to action to get me top dollar for my trade in and make the purchasing process as seamless as possible. John even purchased new all weather floor mats for the car to replace the carpeted ones. Judy in finance was also fantastic in working out the finance and setting up the best monthly payment. Just before Christmas, I visited Best Ford. I was looking for a used King Cab pickup truck in decent condition. The salesman, Will, was very professional, in addition to being an outstanding gentleman. I was presented with a 2014 Ford F-150 STX. During their inspection, they discovered a chip in the windshield, and installed a new windshield (no extra charge.) I ended up buying it. Was texting back-and-forth with the sales person from best Ford in Nashua to inquire about a ranger, until I found out they are $8000 over MSRP. That is ridiculous and a rip off to the customers they can keep their vehicles I like dealing with honest, people, not people that are going to rip me Off and take advantage of their customers with them in their pockets!!!!!!!!!!!

BOUGHT 2013 Ford edge in july 2022. Waited over an hour for the finance guy to see if my boyfriend and i could get credit. After waiting we were told to go home and wait Monday. Well I waited for Massachusetts Plates to be put on the car in in a week. It took over 2 weeks for the deal go to the DMV. Then I was going to pay my first payment, little did I know the Vin number and the year of the car was totally incorrect.
