I found a truck at a good price at Best Ford of Nashua NH. When the finance manager came out and started on me like a coyote on a fresh kill I was instantly out. What a horrible experience. I liked the truck and would have bought it but when I got out the door, I felt like I was physically assaulted. As a small business owner for over 40 years I don't know how anyone can stay in business with this kind of customer service.
The intention of this review is not to discredit or slander a place of business but to rather truthfully illustrate a customer interaction supported with factual statements and unbiased opinion by those involved. On 3/21/23 a 2021 high end Ford product owned by a corporation was dropped off for a scheduled service.
