Best Ford certainly lived up to their name. After months of trying to find the exact truck I wanted at a local dealership, I was told to do a specific search on the **** website looking for the exact options I wanted, and I found the truck at Best Ford, so I immediately got in touch. MJ in finance and ***** in sales were absolutely phenomenal on the phone and in person and could not have made this any smoother. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from my home in *******. The most definitely do it BEST!!!!!

I purchased my truck on a Friday and two days later on Sunday the check engine light came on. The next day all the alarms possible flashed across the dash and my truck wouldnt start leaving me and my daughter stranded in a parking lot. It wasnt until approximately 8 hours later the dealership finally got someone with a loner vehicle to me. If I could go lower I would, except for the salesmen, ******* and *****, who were outstanding. Online salesperson manipulated me to come in for a vehicle they did not have or get from other dealership. We negotiated a price and completed all financing through **** credit and was prepared to put money down on arrival. This place truly lives up to the name Best Ford. ***** was very professional and personable. He made the experience easy and efficient for us to test drive and process of purchasing the vehicle. **** the finance guy was also very knowledgeable about all things financial and made it easy to understand all aspects of the sale. Thanks to them and the dealership for a great experience. We will definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle.
