We hired this Best Floor company to install flooring on several floors in our home. The work was good, but we did ask them to come back to re-caulk the backsplash. The problem that I have with this company is that they are very rude, and only respectful when we had a $8,000 job for them to do. After the installation, I went back to their store a few months later asking them to complete a much smaller job, they became very disinterested , ignoring me and saying that they can’t do the job. Great Customer Service - Great Product! High Quality Product and Professional Installation .. I needed to tile my man cave, I got "Best Floor Coverings " recommended, these guys know what they are doing! They helped me choose the Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP)- from the great selection they have in their showroom, also they helped me design the lay out which turned out GREAT ! DEFINITELY 5 STAR SERVICE!!
