Had them now for a few years now got my first loan from them a week ago was truly painless they where friendly and amazing to deal with
Got my truck loan with BFCU and it was quick, simple, and easy with low payments and interest rate. It's also very easy to make payments online or transfer money from my accounts. The staff are always friendly to me inside and at the drive-thru.
Customer service is very bad. Only cu I have ever had. They only have one person running drive up with seven cars in line. The place always takes forever in line inside. Never enough employees working
I've been a member for a long time (community schools credit union) and since bfcu has taken over the service is awful. Very rude staff. They hold funds for an outrageous amount of time and make it difficult to deposit money or do any transactions. Although I hate looking for a new bank and all the hassle of transferring funds and changing direct deposit along with bills that is exactly what I will be doing!
