It's very difficult to talk with people when they so clearly don't want to be there, and are just down right rude. Every encounter I have had with staff at this credit union has been terrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Best Financial's staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They have competitive rates on checking accounts and loans. I would definitely recommend banking with this CU!

LoveLoveLove the BFCU staff! I know if I have any dilemma they're willing to help and make sure my needs are met! I love that they're so involved in the surrounding communities and the shared branch locations are great for my commute! Thank you all!!
Usually I don't have any issues and the employees are always very nice, but today I stopped in & the teller who waited on me had the WORST attitude and was very rude when she spoke to me. I was NOT impressed
2 Car Loans, a credit card, and a handful of accounts. My money goes no where but BFCU!
