My daughter is a fairly new patient and got her new glasses about 6 months ago. Today her glasses broke beyond repair and I was ready to go to another place to have them replaced. However, I called to see what my options were and was extremely happy to find they are under warranty. A new pair was ordered and a loaner pair given until her new pair arrives. Thank you to the staff for saving me money and time!
The entire staff at Best Eyecare Associates is amazing! Both of my kids got contacts this year and Dr Best, Lindsay and Courtney made the transition so much easier. They were so patient and helpful teaching the kids how to put in and take out their contacts! I would highly recommend them!!
I have keratoconus and it can be very difficult to diagnose and fit corrective contacts for. I've seen multiple doctors in different cities for it and I wish that I had been coming to Best Eyecare the whole time. They are not only friendly and welcoming but they also know what they are doing and have the right equipment for the job.
