Been frequent customer for years. Not once have i had issue with the eye doctor.
The receptionist is always incredibly kind and welcoming! I really appreciate that they were able to look up my insurance info when I forgot my card at home. I know that’s not something they’re required to do, and it definitely makes things easier when we come prepared, so I’m grateful for their patience. The doctor is quick, efficient, and my prescriptions are always accurate. Overall, they do a great job and make each visit smooth and stress-free.
Fui a esta oficina porque a la que usualmente voy, estaría cerrada por un tiempo. Pero es lo peor que me ha pasado, las jovenes que me recivieron son muy atentas pero sin experiencia en tratar con los pacientes, me pidieron la ultima prescripcion para que me hicieran una similar aun antes de revisar mis ojos.despues , el dr. Que me atendio me parecio que no escuchaba mis preguntas, fue muy apresurado en el examen ,y te hase sentir que lo unico que le interesa es el dinero. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Unbelievable! I have no words!! Never have I ever been to a Dr worse than this. I took my son in for a checkup. The Dr comes in, has my son read 2 lines then tells us we can go- we’re done. I didn’t know if there was more to the exam because I felt like he didn’t even check his eyes! I’d say we were in there maybe 3 minutes. I think he said my son’s eyes had barely changed. I really don’t know. I couldn’t really understand what he was saying. I was surprised & disappointed with the whole visit. Would NOT recommend at all.
The Doctor was so rude!! When I tried to explain to him what was going on he did not want to hear me out and was rushing me out. Smacked his lips, didn’t even want to look at me. Absolutely disgusting how you treat customers when they try to express their concerns beyond disappointed.
