Terrible Service I called ahead to inquire about a car before driving 2 hours to come and see it. I was tols by the person answering the phone that it was available. What they did not tell me was that someone had already made a deposit on it. I wasted 4 hours of my time (and others) driving to go see a car that was not actually available. Terrible customer service.
Best Drive The car and price are fine although they did put used tires on the car and a side wall blew after one week. I replaced the tire at my expense. The bigger issue is, I bought the car in January and as of May 10, the car is not registered. When I call the managers are shielded by a sales guy and I have to re-explain my story each time and get a promise to resolve it. Basically the run around. I have a interest rate on the car of 5.0% but if the car isn't registered by May 30th the interest rate jumps to 13.98%. ... read more
