The worst experience ever!!, these guys don't ever answer the phone, I am not sure how I made the mistake of reaching someone at first and trusting them with my car. My insurance cannot reach anyone and I am not able to speak to anyone myself as they don't answer the phone. I have stopped by 3 times and the business is closed during business hours and driving around the back I can see there are normally two mechanics working on some of the cars but they tell you they don't have any information and you will need to speak to t... read more
Absolute pleasure to work with!
I highly recommend this shop! They do quality work and the customer service is top tier. I had a 2022 hellcat that needed work, Shaw advised me he could waive half my deductible but when I picked up the vehicle he ended up waiving the entire thing!
I hit some debris on the road and had a $1000 deductible, I didn’t think they would be able to help me with any of my deductible but they did! Thanks to Alex and Jimmy my truck is like new again!
Jimmy has great customer service skills. Unfortunately he is a Baltimore fan LOL! He went above and beyond. Got some auto repairs done and would recommend!
