Awful place. Nick started showing up later and later and leaving early. He was working with my child and would hang up before speaking to me. Eventually he stopped showing up to the virtual appointments altogether leaving my son sitting for a full hour hoping every week. I reported this. Asked for a new therapist. Instead of giving us a new therapist we have been called multiple times to reschedule with Nick. Very disappointed with the level of care received from this office. I mean medical care and give a crap type of care. Not a great experience. See other reviews.
The receptionist there is very rude! I wonder if she’s like that with everyone or just certain kind! Learn how to talk to people. Or go find a different job. I’ll be sure to take my referral elsewhere.
These doctors don’t listen and only care about their image. I’ve been taking ADHD meds that my pediatrician prescribed to me since the 4th grade and I even sent over the medical records as proof. I couldn’t see my pediatrician anymore after I turned 19 so I had to look for someone who could give it to me. I unfortunately landed on this practice.
