Loved it! They are awesome. The TRX class showed me where I need to work on strengthening. The method yoga class was amazing. "Safe stretching" is something I need to spend more time doing and the techniques Abby taught us are very helpful.
This place will really get your mind and body connected like you never thought possible. They work from the feet up and from day one you can really feel a difference! I would definitely recommend coming here and at least getting assessed. First time is free!
I have physical challenges that make working out and daily life difficult for me and my family. Chris and everyone on staff are very knowledgable about the body and have tailored workouts for me and have helped me be much healthier and have improved my mechanics not only in the studio but also in my daily life.
