Incredibly rude.
Ive been using Best Cut Lawn Care for several years and have always received great service!
This guy Dean is extremely rude on the phone. Firstly he will remind you in every conversation how lucky you are to be on his 'cutting list'. Next thing he wont forget to mention that he is been in the business for 30 years and no one can beat his price. He claims to have more than 400 on his highly selective list. SMH. You are cutting grass dude! Get real and show some courtesy and professionalism talking to your (paying) customers! And his service isn't that great either. There are better mowers out there.
I did sign up for the year-round service and this guy was still unprofessional. It's always the customer's fault. The operation is completely unorganized, invoicing practices are horrible, and they'll tear the heck out of your yard while letting weeds go nuts.
Incredibly rude over the phone, wouldn't even consider doing our one time landscape job because we're not on his lawncutting list! Unbelievable that he's still even in business!
