I made an appointment and was given a window between 5 and 8. I hadn’t heard anything by 7:30 so I called to check for a ETA. The guy I spoke with said he had no appointment for me. I thought maybe I called the wrong number so hung up and tried again. When I tried again the phone number (the same one i used to make an appointment and check the eta) was no longer working… very strange and aggravating situation. Such a waste of my time.
We have been very happy with the heater repair and maintenance service, so we renewed our annual service plan. Preston was very helpful on the phone and even called the day before our appointment to let us know there was an opening and asked if we wanted an earlier visit, which worked out great for us.
