i highly recommend elias and raymond for any home remodeling or restoration projects. after we had a water leak from our chimney in our living room in northridge, our carpet, padding, and even the granite around the fireplace got soaked. it took a bit for our hoa to send someone, but once the restoration crew arrived, elias and raymond were right on time, super friendly, very professional, and did a really neat job. they carefully checked all the damaged areas, took readings with their water meter, and made sure to document ... read more
