Really great service. I dealt with Carolina for booking. There was a miscommunication on my part. Carolina was firm but fair, and we were able to resolve the issue. Cleaning crew was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and its services.

I’m extremely satisfied. The representative sent out was professional, kind & patient. He actually took his time to get stains out. He’s a hard worker and he worked on my furnishings as if they were his. I appreciate that so much. My bed and couch looks good as new and I’m no longer self-conscious about having guest over.
