My service has been really good. Only one time they didn't pick up and I called-hadn't made the payment which I handled that day( auto pay now) and they came later with no extra charge. If I am out there when they come by I give them bottled water or wave to them at least . My trash is always properly presented and neat and they don't drop debris or leak oil ( like some other's I have tried). BCD is horrible the worst customer service, I am shocked that they are still in business. They will only take a few trash cans at a time, yet many time I only have 1 or no trash cans at all because I live by myself. Well with summer here I have trash can that have weeds or grass do you think they would take it? NOPE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF BCD FAILS TO PICK UP YOUR TRASH, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $25. I have used BCD's service for about 10 months. Over those months they failed to pick up our trash several times. When I called to let them know our trash wasn't picked up, the very unprofessional Bianca let me know that I was mistaken when I told her that my garbage was indeed out the night before. We have had BCD pick up our trash at our residence and our rental for several years. All of the guys were just awesome until this past summer when there was a new guy to our residential pick up (at least I had never seen him). I had never had any trouble before I met him. He was rude and told me they only had to pick up indoor trash. I have always given my guys a tip now and then but told him from that point forward there would be no tips. Best Cleaner Disposal, Inc, has the worst Billing Service. I participated in the Auto Pay, which was working perfectly since December 2014. However, yesterday I received a billing statement with a $5.00 finance charge for non-payment. I contacted TrashBilling.com who was handling my Auto Pay, and they have no record that I cancelled Auto Pay, but I no longer have an account with them. I signed up 4 months ago to get my trash picked up, everything has been perfect.
We have been with BCD for a year now and I have never had a problem with the company. Our trash has always been picked up by 7:30 am and they place our trash can within our yard after pick up.
I have been with them for 5 years now and I have never encountered any of the things I read on here. I love that they move my trash cans up unlike wastmangement and allied waste. The workers always greet me when I see them in the morning. I can see myself with them for another 5 years easily. Im sure what you guys that gave them a low rating experience some rare occasions because they have almost everyone in my neighborhood and we all love them! Keep Up the Good Work Guys!
BCD Does Great For Our Business – I'm very pleased with the service that I've received from BCD thus far. Signed up with the company three months ago. Needed them to bring a large dumpster out right away because of the trash from the previous business here before mine and they delivered it overnight for 15 bucks. They always pick up on time and their customer service is always very friendly and helpful when I make my payment each month. Thanks BCD from ASAP Movers in Denver!
