The technicians were kind and efficient, and as a walk-in, I felt well taken care of because they kept checking in to make my wait comfortable. My only complaint is that my technician did not complete the finishing services, such as applying lotion or oil after the gel service. That said, when I sat with my friend, her technician was truly amazing and helped make up for my more lackluster experience. I wish I could give this place zero stars don’t ever get your lashes done here. They wanna charge $160 in a do a horrible job and then the girl poked me with the tweezers and she was really rude. Asking me if I had cash to pay with when I told her several times I only had a card showing her the visa logo and she was just stressing me over a tip. I had to contact the manager to tell them that I’m not paying for $160 worth of lashes when my eyes bloodshot red and they had the nerve to tell me that glue was from Amazon
First time I was here they cut my husbands toe so bad he constantly gets ingrowns now and that was a year ago. Decided to try it again and paid 55 dollars to only end up getting a 15 min pedicure. She put lotion on my legs and massages one of them and washed the lotion of the other because she decided she’d be done.
Gel polish began to lift around cuticles nad then peel off after just one week.
