Best parts: They have really great customer service skills. They are kind, welcoming and transparent with all the people who came into their salon. I was offered a drink while I waited. It was nice. My nail tech/artist? (Unsure the correct title) was very kind and gentle. I have hard nails so quite a bit of filing and shaping had to be done and she was very gentle with it. I HATE getting my nails done. HOWEVER these amazing technicians have made it so I WANT to go get them done. I constantly pick at my nails and cuticles they look horrendous. The technicians here do an amazing job, and they always work with me. Sometimes I only have 45 minutes in between my clients or I may have all afternoon. Either way they work miracles on my hands and I leave there feeling relaxed and happy. I can’t thank them enough.

Had Selena do my nails for the first time and she did a fantastic job, they look so good. She even was able to get me in last minute. I love this salon!
mess up my daughters nails (had them fix right away) after the lady tried to justify the color mix up. But they legitimately charged me $75 to have my own nails painted. No mani, just paint. Then when i asked for a painted design i was handed a couple sticker books. So i didn't even get the look i wanted for my upcoming vacation. When i asked for an explanation on how i was billed i got a bunch of numbers thrown at me that still didn't add up.
