Very easy and straightforward doing business with them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Didn't buy but great customer service.
Very good experience
Great
We met a pleasant salesman when we were on site. The Jeep however, was new to the lot and had not been detailed. The previous owner was a smoker. Therefore, we had no interest in the Jeep.
Very poor experience. Had an oral agreement with salesman to purchase at 10am, but when I called to leave the previously agreed upon deposit (with credit card), at 2:00pm, they told me ‘someone else was looking at vehicle’. I spoke with the manager who refused my deposit. They subsequently called me to say the vehicle had been sold. They refused to tell me the price which the vehicle was sold. I plan to file a formal complaint.
Their prompt reply to all emails convinced me that they were the people to work with. The atmosphere stayed the same when I arrived on site.
Business response:
Thank you for the follow up David. Appreciate you and the visit. Spring will be here soon enough. Happy Driving!
They were quick to reply however we found a different Suburban.
Business response:
Thank you Michelle for the follow up. We are always happy to assist. Please do not hesitate with any other needs. Have wonderful day. Happy Driving!
Prices shown with discount that were not available to me. Waste of time making prices look thousands lower than what they really wanted.
