Travis and everyone at Best Choice Roofing did an excellent job. My roof looks amazing, and they made the process very easy. Wonderful team.
I am not a customer, however, I wanted to give a giant thumbs-up to Jacob Compo. (sales at the Columbia, S.C. office) He knows his product and presented well. He is professional as well as friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. He is an asset to the Best Choice Roofing team.
Roofers did good job, however customer service disappeared after they were payed and my promised refund of over payment was basically dismissed as too bad after waiting for it for a month without any notification. I usually don't make negative reviews but this service was egregious.
