It was great meeting with Tyler Collins. He answered our questions. He gave us different options and showed me what was going on with my roof.
I had a black car pull into my driveway where two people came up to my door. I stepped outside to see what they needed, expecting them to be neighbors or something. Instead the lady said they were doing work in the area and handed me a business card. I asked if she read the sign that says “No soliciting” she said yes but that they aren’t solicitors. Tyler did a great job and did his best to take care of what I needed.
I’ve been working with Tyler for my inspection, estimate, contract and dealing with insurance. I’ve had a very stress-free experience so far. Tyler is very kind, easy-going, and very easy to talk to and he’s great with communication. He has a very approachable personality and easy to get along with!! So far so good!!!! Fast and easy experience. I would recommend this company! I’ll post another review once my roof is installed. Just waiting on warmer weather!!
This company is not who I would use. I had a property that went with a hole for months because everyone kept dropping the ball and leaving the company. Never would I suggest this company!
