Jarrid was extremely helpful and nice. He explained everything in detail with the contract and procedures for having my roof done. Took many pictures for me.

The workers are there boss were very polite, prompt and did a great job in a timely manner. Lupita and the office were very polite and helpful. The sales person Robert was very helpful right up until he made the sale, then never did call back or come to see me after he said he would. He said he was going to have the wording for the work defined and that never happened. That's not very professional to me. The only other thing was it took a long time to get the receipt and it looked very generic.

Lousy communication - brought roof vents and plywood when none was needed (thermally encapsulated). Way overpriced compared to others. Failed to follow thru with painting the metal edge trim BEFORE it was installed; failed to keep word that it would be taken care of. Excessive weight on sloped driveway caused crack completely across. Lousy company!
