John Ferguson is one of the most unethical agents I've ever encountered. He treated the sellers agent with total disrespect and tried to get the inspector to falsify his report by saying that something was required, it was already to code. He left his clients to roam around our home alone while he spent his time on the telephone. I wouldn't recommend this agent to ANYONE! We had to request that he not come on the property, he couldn't be trusted. We will be filing a complaint.
My boyfriend and I used best choice to help was find a home! Tanuj was very patient and knowledgeable! He made sure all of our questions were answered and made a point to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He took our wants and needs for a house and showed us house after house and never got irritated when we were not quite happy with the house he picked! I would more than recommend him and his sister to anyone who is searching for a house!
