I had a very positive experience with this home care agency. From the beginning, I was treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on quality care. Communication is clear, and people are treated with dignity and respect.
I had someone who is trauned to work as a PCA and Homemaker who went through all the hoops to become a worker for me and the company wasted her time as well as mine. They didnt retun phone calls after saying they/he would. She went to theur offices with the rewuired documentation, took the test etc. She even helped me out for free whilst anticipating she would become a paid worker.
