Great staff The front staff is very good. They handle all the insurance stuff. My chiropractor is in Dr. Arai's group (Dr. Horii) who is really knowledgeable and does not crack your spine unless he has to. I believe he said he likes to focus his adjustments instead of a general cracking. Then he massages the cricks out.
