There is no way that this Facility gives best care you have workers vaping in buildings. Majority of buildings have mold. You have employees disappearing into one building and playing cards. There’s a lot more. It is not Best Care. It’s horrible Care. The Med techs do not give the medicine to the residents. If the residence refuse they dump, the meds inside the sharps Containers the ones that take insulin do not get it. They put down refuse.. The price I paid was way too high for what they do! I had to go in every three days to give my mother a shower, cause they don’t take the time to do it! They always complain. They don’t have enough staff to do it. The food is disgusting, they don’t give them enough to drink. They only give them 3 ounces of water at a time. My mother had the worst scabies ever, and they cannot get rid of it in the building, and on the people due to the laundry issues they have there. This place was conveniently close to home, so we tried it out. My grandmother stayed here for over a year and was constantly having a tough time getting the Med Techs to administer her the correct medication. My husband and I went to visit her on a summer afternoon and we sat on what appeared to be new chairs in the lobby (they looked used but we hadn't seen them there before this visit) while we waited for her to finish receiving her medication to go. Great place to have my grandmother living. The staff are very friendly, comforting, and warming. The food is amazing. There’s a beautiful scenery with ducks walking around outside the parking lot. Some of the staff shows their musical talents and plays for the residence When they have free time. Very grateful for this ALF and community of people!!!
