So apparently this place is botting reviews this place is not good by any means. I filed a complaint with ACHA in secret and I told ACHA if this place found out I would get either told to remove my complaint or be evicted within 45 days and that's what happened. I had to remove my complaint because I did not have anywhere to move to. This is highly illegal. In our contract also it states all residents are supposed and have to shower. All staff are very friendly, administration is very understanding and communication is on point. buildings are always clean and well kept

We had a really positive experience with this ALF while my grandma was there. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and supportive, and they made sure she was comfortable and cared for. Communication with our family was great, and we always felt like she was in good hands. We’re very thankful for the care she received
