Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Very good Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Yes Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes Does the provider's staff treat you well? Yes

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, they should have been more gentle Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Never Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? No, I wasn't given any helpful advice
