Their name says it all! I have had animals all my life and the opportunity to use numerous vets along the way but none compare to the excellent care by the doctors and staff at Best Care Animal Hospital. I ended up taking one of my beloved pets to them in an emergency when my other vet wouldn't make time for us. Now we wouldn't dream of going somewhere else. The doctors and staff are kind, caring and concerned. Best Care was an excellent name selection for this veterinary clinic.
Best staff and service I've been bringing my one dog to Best Care for years and now my newest dog has joined their family. Everyone there is especially nice and caring. The grooming is also top notch. They even do free nail clipping without an appointment. My oldest dog is now in the final stages of his life with an incurable condition and they call me periodically to see how he's doing! That is service above and beyond, in my opinion.
Best Care is the Best! We have been taking our pets to Best Care on Trouble Creek for more than 8-10 years now. I think our client number is one of their first! They are absolutely wonderful! We particularly love Millie the groomer. Dominique also has a special place with us because she took such good care of our scaredy cat Lab/Chow mix Princess who's afraid of her own shadow! I can't say enough good things about this vet.
Rude, Rude, Rude The office manager at this facility is the most insulting and rude person I have ever had the displeasure to talk to, a male Vet damaged my dogs leg doing a blood test, and then when I brought the dog back and complained they did everything to cover there ass, including trying to give me free antibiotic cream and then practically through me out of the office, never take your pets here they dont admit when they make a mistake! they truly suck!
This is my vet. I've been a client of Dr. Elliott's for years with multiple dogs. He listens and helps when we have problems. When we've had "odd" problems, he's contacted his colleagues to find out as much information as possible to help my dogs. He has also been compassionate during very difficult times. I don't know Dr. Channel as well but have been pleased when she treated my dogs. www.KorrectKritters.com
Great Place!!!! I have taken my jasmine to the best care for 2 years now. They are very caring place and answer all my questions about my dog. The vets are very nice and take there time with you my whole family goes there.
Mr.James Powell Ok.......I think this says it all. My cat has serious issues when It comes to like or dislike. Dr.Chenlle is able to walk right up to my cat and pick him up. Come to my house and try to pick my cat up. You'll walk away with nubs. They are naturals when it comes to your loved ones. Dr. Chenlle is super gentle and really cares. Your pets senses these types of things. Not to mention when she drew blood on Spaz. NOT ONE hiss, dirty look, or swipe. And I let him keep his claws. So It could be bad. And still knowin... read more
