Right from when I called them they cared about my Nala. They told me to take her in right away because she had tore off her toenail and I was so panicked. The staff were so wonderful checking her in, and making sure she was comfortable and taken care of and informing me the whole time waiting what was going on. They offer boarding as well and my babe spent the night with all positive messages. This is definitely our new vet 🐾🐕❤️🥰
This morning I called and was placed on hold. Kathy picked up and asked if I have been helped. I inquired about veterinary services and becoming a new client. Kathy was so helpful and patient. Seem happy to answer all my questions. She spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, which was not expected but she was so informative. The entire staff, technicians and veterinarians at Best Care animal hospital are second to none. We were referred by our Groomer years ago. Even though we now live in Tampa, I continue to bring PC, our 14 year old miniature schnauzer. We do annual dental cleaning, have had surgery and continue for repeated care. I also feel very safe when we have to board him here or he needs the occasional overnight. ❤️ this team and wish every clinic and hospital gave this level of care! 🐶 🐾 🐈⬛

Although my elderly kitty was not a patient, when I called this morning to request help for him to cross over the rainbow bridge, they got us right in. They (Chelsie and Dr. Parenton) were so kind, empathetic, and compassionate, answering our questions, explaining everything to us. They let me hold him in my lap during the procedure because I'm disabled, then gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. They are handling his cremation and will return us to him in about 2 weeks.
