I was a new first time customer. Before I start,, christian he was very professional the host, the rest of the crew was a big joke. I was there over 3 hrs, in a room, Dr. Came in and out attending my dog and many other dogs,, they were not focusing on my dog but 10 other dogs at the same time,, I told them please let's finish my dog and move on, there answer was we are too busy, that's not my problem, the place was like a zoo!
