My son's CDCS/DD Waiver plan suffered delays and disruption because of their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Emails and calls went unanswered. Critical deadlines were ignored. This is one of the worst companies I have worked for. I was treated so poorly as the HR Manager and I can confidently say I did a good job and got there 30 minutes early everyday. I think it says a lot when you look at the amount of turnover. One manager said I couldn’t talk to the other manager about work. Soooo frustrated with Best Care administrative staff! As a Client of Best Care working to onboard Home Care staff has been a nightmare. My care staff team have not received onboarding materials and information in a timely manner, phones are rarely answered during business hours, emails via their website have never been returned. Internally it seems there is a disconnect between staffing departments, creating even more confusion on my behalf as a client. This company does not take disabilities seriously...do not waste your time talking to Intake regarding your needs and what they can offer...they should not be licensing for CADI or any other waiver services. After just a short conversation with them, it became apparent clients needs are not in their best interest...
