Funny to see how a year later everything I said about this company was true and how everyone is realizing it. Along with the deleted comments. The clinical director is bitter and miserable. As someone said the assistant is her DOG. Bad vibes all around. A month away from graduating with my RN, and glad I left this company. I was picked on because I was quiet and pretty by the director. Lol
The Owner is awesome. The Clinical Manager has lost her mind. She claims she is not a micromanager and that is a complete lie. Her “pet” I mean assistant clinical manager is a whiny tattletale. Unless they get a new clinical manager and assistant manager, I’d never recommend this place. Really sad considering the owner is great.
* 1 Star Avoid This Agency at All Costs In less than six months, I've had three different case managers through Bestview Care Options--none competent, none reliable. My son's CDCS/DD Waiver plan suffered delays and disruption because of their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Emails and calls went unanswered. Critical deadlines were ignored. Even the supervisor's contact information was invalid. My support planner, Accra (our fiscal agency), and I did our jobs. Bestview failed at theirs--and my son paid the price. ... read more
This is one of the worst companies I have worked for. I was treated so poorly as the HR Manager and I can confidently say I did a good job and got there 30 minutes early everyday. I think it says a lot when you look at the amount of turnover. One manager said I couldn’t talk to the other manager about work. It was extremely frustrating to work like that when I was policed constantly by just communicating about work to management and colleagues.
